CallerIQ AI provides AI-powered voice calling, lead qualification, and appointment-booking services designed for real estate professionals and other businesses. Our platform enables automated outbound calls to leads, real-time qualification conversations, and CRM integration. All calls are made in compliance with applicable federal and state telemarketing regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.

CallerIQ AI offers subscription-based plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
By submitting your information through our website chat widget or contact forms, you consent to receive transactional and informational SMS messages from CallerIQ AI, LLC at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the CallerIQ AI platform — including "CALLERIQ" and "CALLERIQ AI" — are owned by CallerIQ AI, LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific results. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallerIQ AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallerIQ AI, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
